Shipping and Returns
We ship to the USA and internationally. Your package will ship within 3 business days of when you place your order or the pre-order release date.
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
For details on how long each shipping option takes, please refer to this article. Please note that since Covid-19, carriers do not guarantee delivery dates.
If a package is returned, misdelivered, or lost due to our error, we’ll ship it again at no additional cost. If the shipping issues are due to the customer’s error, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the carrier is at fault, we’ll split the cost of the next shipping attempt with our customer.
For international orders, we make every effort to cover all customs fees on our customers’ behalf. However, some countries may require customers to pay additional customs duties or import taxes. Orders shipped to the EU are subject to VAT upon arrival in the customer’s country.

If you received an item that’s damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective due to our error, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds for orders that are correct and in good condition.
