We ship to the USA and internationally. Your package will ship within 2 business days of when you place your order or the pre-order release date.
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
For details on how long each shipping option takes, please refer to this article. Please note that since Covid-19, carriers do not guarantee delivery dates.
If a package is returned, misdelivered, or lost due to our error, we’ll ship it again at no additional cost. If the shipping issues are due to the customer’s error, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the carrier is at fault, we’ll split the cost of the next shipping attempt with our customer.
Some countries may require customers to pay customs duties or import taxes. Orders shipped to the EU are subject to VAT upon arrival in the customer’s country.
Holiday Cutoff Dates
For orders in the USA:
- Order by Dec. 14 for USPS Ground Advantage or free shipping
- Order by Dec. 16 for Priority Mail
- Order by Dec. 18 for Priority Mail Express
For international orders:
- Order by Dec. 14 and choose UPS Worldwide Expedited
- Free shipping items come through the regular mail and may arrive in some countries by Christmas, but this is not guaranteed.
Returns
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
If you received an item that’s damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective due to our error, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds for orders that are correct and in good condition.
